Binnekant Refund Policy

Thank you so much for supporting my small plant shop! I take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but if something goes wrong, I’m here to help.

Plants

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of live plants, returns are not accepted. However, I want you to feel confident in your purchase, so I offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • If your plant arrives damaged, severely wilted, or dead, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos of the plant in its packaging as received.

  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at my discretion based on the evidence provided.

  • Please note: minor cosmetic imperfections (slight yellowing, soil displacement, or bent leaves) are normal and not eligible for a refund.

Tip: Always open your package as soon as it arrives and give your plant a little TLC to help it recover from shipping!

Art Prints

If your plant print arrives damaged (e.g., bent, scratched, or misprinted), I’ll gladly send a replacement.

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery

  • Include a photo of the damage to the print and/or packaging

  • Replacements are shipped free of charge

Due to the nature of art prints and limited edition runs, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

I use trusted courier services, but once your package leaves my hands, delivery delays can occasionally happen. If your order seems unusually delayed or tracking hasn’t updated in a while, please let me know so I can follow up and assist.

Changes to This Policy

Binnekant reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please check this page periodically for updates.
