Binnekant Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting my plant shop!I take great care in packaging and delivering your new green companions so they arrive happy and healthy. Here’s everything you need to know:
📦 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, but please note:
I only ship orders out on Mondays.
This is to ensure your plants don’t get stuck in courier depots over the weekend, which can cause unnecessary stress or damage.
If you place your order after Wednesday, it will be packed and prepared for dispatch the following Monday.
🚚 Delivery
We currently ship within South Africa only.

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days depending on your location

Courier: I work with reliable local couriers to make sure your plant baby arrives safely.

Shipping Fee: Flat rate of R100 for Gauteng orders. Orders outside of Gauteng are R170.
🪴 Packaging
Each plant is carefully packaged to stay secure, upright, and healthy throughout the journey. Your package will also include:

An A5 art print of your plant (illustrated by me).

A QR code linking to a care and styling blog post just for that plant.
🌡️ Weather Conditions
If extreme temperatures could put your plant at risk, I may delay shipping slightly to ensure safe delivery. I'll notify you if that’s the case.
📍 Delivery Areas
I deliver to most urban and suburban areas across South Africa. Remote or outlying areas may take longer. Not sure if I deliver to your location? Drop me a message before ordering.
💚 Damages or Issues
If your plant arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo. I'll do my best to make things right—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.
📬 Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, so you can follow your plant’s journey home.
